If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!
Have you heard this philosophy before?
When you board that next commercial flight just how safe would you feel if the airline maintenance team had a policy of only fixing it if it breaks? What about your health and that annual checkup? Should we just wait until something goes wrong then try to fix it?
It is unfortunate that so many business managers have adopted the “If it ain’t broke, don’t fit it” attitude. Progressive intellectuals have proven that challenging conventional thinking is the only way to stay ahead of the competition in the corporate environment. The companies that get ahead and stay ahead are those that continuously look for new innovations and processes to keep them ahead of their competition.
