Have you heard people say, “It’s not personal, it’s business?” 

Well, that is NOT true! It’s always personal and Business is personal.

People make decisions to conduct business with people. Those people just happen to work for companies.

People in the client company make purchasing decisions. They make these decisions based on needs and many other factors, but if they do not trust the person representing the product or service then NO SALE. So it is personal.

Remember people do the buying. They buy who you are first and then maybe what you sell.
